We know how excited you are to get your hand on your new BURST order or even your subscription items for that delightful refresh.
Once in a while, your tracking will say your order has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found.
There are a couple of things to try, in this case:
- The First would be to check your Mailbox for your order. Sometimes your mail will be safely waiting in your mailbox for your to go and fetch it.
- Your mail may also be in a safe place, check the usual places your delivery person may use as well as some more challenging hiding places in case they wanted to keep your precious order safe from prying eyes.
- Check you have chosen the right shipping address for your order and that it has not been returned to us, This will be shown in the tracking history of your order, Your address will be in the order confirmation email from BURST.
- If all of the above is in check then your order may have been checked as delivered but is not with you just yet, This does happen from time to time but the order should be with you in a couple of working days after it is noted delivered.
