If your BURST Water Flosser is leaking first check the reservoir of your Water Flosser is secured to the unit.
The reservoir should be secure and in the locked position when using and storing the Water Flosser.
When storing the Water Flosser after use ensure it is stored with no water in the reservoir and in the upright position.
Some water may drip from the unit due to run-off or overflowing when filling the Water Flosser, This is completely normal.
If the issue is water leaking between the BURST Water Flosser tip and the unit then double check the tip is correctly seated. You can do this by depressing the button on the neck of the Water Flosser and removing the tip and then placing it back in the unit and listening for the click!
If you have checked all of the above but still find the unit is leaking then please submit your warranty claim through the BURST website here: Warranty Claim
