If you need to submit a warranty claim this can be done through your BURST Oral Care account under the My Warranties tab of your BURST account.

Once there you will see all of your current warranties on your BURST account.
Using the Make a Claim button you can submit a claim request for any malfunctioning unit you have under warranty.
Here you can submit the issue with your unit and a description of the issue as well as the video and your shipping address for the new unit to be shipped to.
