If your BURST Toothbrush or Water Flosser is not charging the First step with the brush or flosser is to try a reset. This is done by plugging the unit in to charge, Once charging go ahead and hold down the power button, After a couple of seconds all of the lights will illuminate on the unit.
You can then release and the lights will go off after a second and the unit will then start charging.
Let it finish the charge and use the unit as normal.
If this reset has not resolved the issue then in order to process a warranty claim, you will first need to create a BURST account.
To do this, you will go to burstoralcare.com, and in the upper right click on the person icon. From here, you will choose “Not a member? Create an account.” After you have created an account, you will then click on the person icon again.
On the left side of the page, you will scroll down to “My Warranties” Here in the upper right you will choose, “Register a new product warranty.”
After you’ve registered the product, you may then click on “Make a claim.”
After your claim has been submitted, the team will review your claim and you will be notified via email if the claim was accepted or denied.
