Glycerin
Soothes and moisturizes. It is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid that is sweet-tasting and non-toxic.
Sorbitol
Helps hold the toothpaste together. It's also a sweetening agent that won’t cause cavities, obviously.
Water
Aqua, melted ice, dihydrogen monoxide. You know the thing.
Xylitol
Starves plaque-producing bacteria. It sweetens but doesn’t break down the way sugar does. Xylitol also promotes a neutral pH level in the mouth.
Hydrated Silica
Polishes and cleans, aiding in the removal of plaque and food particles and stains.
Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate
A vegetable-based surfactant (that’s a foam booster!) derived from coconut/palm kernel oil and glucose from corn.
Nano HydroxyApatite
First created by NASA in 1970 to help restore teeth & bone loss in astronauts! It’s super effective at keeping your enamel strong. 3-2-1-Liftoff!
Natural Strawberry Flavor
Berry berry delicious!
Cocamidopropyl Betaine
A naturally-derived surfactant that is sourced from coconut oil. This surfactant is a real foam booster!
Titanium Dioxide
A mineral-based, white pigment. This helps make the color of your toothpaste beautifully white without using synthetic or artificial dyes.
Xanthan Gum
A thickening agent derived from plants. We like plants.
Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf Extract
A sweetener, but that good, all-natural kind.
Potassium Sorbate
A preservative with powerful antimicrobial properties. Toothpastes include preservatives to prevent bad microbes from contaminating the tube, yuck.
Citric Acid
A weak, plant-derived acid (made by fermenting certain carbohydrates...phwoar, too much science). It’s used to adjust pH & stabilize our toothpaste!
