Having some concerns about a BURST product or some damage?
No problem, If the issue is with a BURST Toothbrush or Flosser. All of our BURST Starter Kits are covered under a two-year warranty OR if you are subscribed to receive brush heads or BURST Water Flosser tips you have a Lifetime warranty while subscribed!
The First step with the BURST Toothbrush or Water Flosser is to try a reset on your BURST Flosser or Toothbrush. This is done by plugging the unit in to charge, Once charging go ahead and hold down the power button, After a couple of seconds all of the lights will illuminate on the unit. You can then release and the lights will go off after a second and the unit will then start charging. Let it finish the charge and use the unit as normal.
If this reset has not resolved the issue then take a quick 5-10 second video of the issue you are having and send that along with the email your account is under and your shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the original order was not purchased on your account we will also need an order number or email the order was purchased under or a screenshot of the original order. If you have your Warranty card then shoot this over along with your video.
