You can track your BURST order in a couple of handy ways.
- Once your order has been shipped we will email you to let you know and include a direct link to your order tracking link.
- You can track your order from the Account > Orders tab of your account on the website.
Note: In an effort to introduce eco-friendly packaging on shipments and reduce plastic usage, BURST now sends some orders using flatpack mailing. These orders will not have active tracking links.
If you have not received your Shipment notice or tracking link, Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
How to track your order with BURST on a Laptop or Desktop:
On a laptop/desktop once logged in you will see the person icon in the top right-hand corner, This will bring you to your account and you can then select the My Orders tab
While viewing the My Orders tab and from here you can select the tracking number and this will bring you to view the tracking.
How to track your order with BURST from a mobile device:
On a mobile device once logged in you will see the Menu in the top left-hand corner, This will bring you to your account and you must scroll down to locate the Account option.
This will bring up your account and you can view the My Orders tab
While viewing the My Orders tab and from here you can select the tracking number and this will bring you to view the tracking.
How to track an order from your shipping notification email from BURST:
On a mobile device or desktop, you can view your email from BURST and select the link to track your package. This will bring you right to your orders tracking link.
